For 2010....

2010.... a new year... a new beginning? I wish. But all those issues and problems just follow us right into the new year. I wish that starting a new year meant starting over, problem-free.

As I look back onto 2009, it was a great year indeed! Of course, who could complain with having giving birth to the most beautiful daughter in the world! I truly believe that if she wasn't born this last year, my outlook of the whole year would be completely different. Nothing too exciting happened and everything that did happen, revolved around her. We had a lot of firsts this year because of her. And I have already forgotten a lot of them, so it will be a whole new experience with Hannah this year!

January:
KaeLee was born
Kory turned 18!
We bought a new TV
Jon and Sue come stay for a week

February:
Valentines Day... spent at home
Superbowl.... spent at home

March:
I went back to work
KaeLee starts to smile
Baby shower in Cashmere

April:
Easter in Moses Lake
KaeLee rolls over!
Went to Walking with the dinosaurs at the SunDome

May:
Memorial weekend at Oasis
I turn a quarter of a century old!
My first mother's day!
Sue and Christina come visit

June:
Shawn's first father's day!
KaeLee starts to sit by herself
KaeLee starts sleeping in her crib and in her own room! (WHEW!)
We find out we are pregnant!
Kory graudates high school!
Rick, Sharon and the girls come over

July:
Shawn goes on a fishing trip in Westport with Rick and Jon and some others...

August:
Ward family reunion in Lake Chelan (mommy's first night away from KaeLee!)
KaeLee starts daycare
Shawn turns 26!
Konner becomes a teenager!
Lindsay had her baby girl, Kalli Love
KaeLee starts going to sleep by herself

September:
Went to Camano for Labor day weekend
KaeLee started crawling!
Jake turns 1
Rachel Klingele gets married
My neice, Layla, turns 2

October:
Ultrasound: IT'S A GIRL!
Shawn goes hunting with the Sauve's
Halloween (294 trick-or-treators)
Sue and Loretta come to visist
Tara and Craig move away!

November:
Thanksgiving at my mom's
Rick, Sharon, Jen and Meg visit

December:
Went to Camano for a weekend
Had a week of "vacation" from work
Spent the weekend before Christmas in Cashmere
Spent Christmas eve at my Aunt's house in Gleed
Spent Christmas day at home, my mom's, the Sauve's, and the Beaudry's
Spent the weekend after Christmas at home with the Stephensons and the Garretts

Well, that's about it. When looking at it, if you take KaeLee and Hannah out of the picture, it's really not that exciting. Pretty boring, actually.

So here's to a new year with some excitement, a healthy and happy baby, financial freedom, stress-free work environments, a clean house, no getting pregnant, losing 50 pounds, orgnanizing all our files, getting a large tax return, and maybe doing something fun and spontaneous.....
